The Bay Health Cluster is made up of eight GP practices: Gower Medical Centre and Pennard Surgery, Grove Medical Centre and Marina Medical Centre, Kings Road Surgery, Mumbles Medical Practice and Murton Surgery, Sketty and Killay Surgery, Uplands Surgery and Queens Road Surgery, University Health Centre and St Thomas and West Cross Surgery.

It serves a population of around 75,221 in the Uplands, Sketty, West Cross, Mumbles, Killay and Gower regions of Swansea.

The cluster is made up of 16 pharmacies, 14 dental practices, four opticians, eight nursing homes, 24 schools and five libraries.

The pharmacies within the cluster are: Boots the Chemist (Mumbles), Boots the Chemist (Uplands), Castle Pharmacy, Kevin Thomas Chemist (Killay), Kevin Thomas Pharmacy (Mumbles), Tycoch Pharmacy, Medihub Pharmacy Killay, Newbury Pharmacy, Well Pharmacy (West Cross), Well Pharmacy (Murton), Well Pharmacy (Pennard Surgery), Well Pharmacy (Scurlage), Well Pharmacy (Sketty), Well Pharmacy (Sketty Park), Well Pharmacy (Uplands) and Well Pharmacy (West Cross Lane).

The dental practices within the cluster are: Beak at 28 Ltd, Belgrave Dental Centre, Brynteg Dental Practice, Chapel Street Dental Practice, Crescent Dental Care, Gareth Davies Dental, Killay Dental Health Centre, Mumbles Dental and Cosmetic Suite, MyDentist Killay, Promenade Dental Practice, St James Dental, University Dental Care, West Cross Dental Practice and Woods Dental.

The opticians within the cluster are: Godfrey & Jones (Singleton Hospital), Judith Roberts Opticians, Killay Opticians and Specsavers Mumbles.

The Cluster lead is Dr Nicola Jones.
