Knee pain

Knee pain is a very common issue for people of all ages. It can arise after a traumatic episode, through overuse or often without a noticeable cause. Fortunately, knee pain is often treated conservatively with an appropriate exercise plan, weight management (where necessary) and activity modification.

If your knee is big, red, hot and swollen without any clear cause it is recommended to seek medical help.
