Swansea Bay University Health Board strives to ensure that the care we provide is high quality, safe, efficient and delivers the best outcomes for people. We know that many of our services, both in our hospitals and the community, provided by our staff, students and volunteers are exceptional. As a health board, we often receive compliments and requests to thank staff on behalf of patients, carers and families.

To help us capture, celebrate and learn from these positive examples of care and exceptional service, as well as ensure our staff receive thanks from those that matter the most; our patients and their families, we have introduced the ‘Patient Choice Awards’.

Please follow this link find out more and to nominate a member of staff, a student or volunteer, that you feel has made a real difference to you or a family member in the care or service they have provided.
