The West Glamorgan Regional Partnership is a collaborative Health and Social Care initiative comprising:
Formerly known as ‘Western Bay’, the collaborative was established in 2012 with the purpose of integrating services more effectively. Its aim is to explore new and innovative ways of working to ensure services are sustainable in the face of growing demand and a challenging financial climate.
The West Glamorgan Regional Partnership now focuses on three areas of ‘transformation’, all with associated projects and work streams being delivered in the context of the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014.
