For what purpose are we processing it?

Your information is processed on the SBPP for the following purposes:

To provide patients with copies of parts of their health record
To provide patients with an efficient means of communicating with clinical teams in order to provide better healthcare services
To efficiently collect service evaluation information to support the provision and management of healthcare services
To empower patients to easily share their information with desired recipients in order to support their healthcare needs

What is input into your SBPP record will depend on individual service decisions and use of the SBPP, as well as your clinical needs.
