Overall, you said our service was: 

89.58% Very Good! 

10.42% Good

Feedback:

  • Patients felt reassured and treated with dignity.
  • Staff were good communicators and made information easy to understand.

Areas of improvement:

  • Some patients reported that they waited longer than the three week appointment allocation time frame. 
  • There are talks nationally to introduce a more robust booking system for patients.
