The Independent Review’s Oversight Panel has developed and refined its Terms of Reference, with direct input from families, staff and other experts in the field.
The Terms of Reference were initially published on 12 June 2024.
The changes are in two areas:
- Removal of the 5 year limit (it had ended at 2019) for self-referral of families who wish to be considered
- Broadening of staff engagement to include all staff disciplines
