If you have been informed you have sprained your ankle, these exercises will help guide your recovery. Please progress under your physiotherapists advise. Exercises may be uncomfortable but should not increase your normal pain levels or result in an increase in swelling. You may continue to progress through the exercises until you feel you have achieved suitable strength and function for your life. You do not need to complete the final video unless you plan to return to sport or running.
