Public Notice: Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025

Swansea Bay University Health Board

We are delighted to invite you to join Swansea Bay University Health Board’s Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 9th September 2025 at 3:30pm.

This year’s event will be held in person at the Millennium Room at Headquarters, One Talbot Gateway, Baglan, SA12 7BR and virtually via MS Teams.

Follow this link to join the AGM via Microsoft Teams.

Those attending virtually, are advised to download the Teams App beforehand so that you can participate fully. If you join via a browser there will be some limitations such as not being able to ask questions.

Cameras and microphones will be deactivated during the meeting to avoid interruptions and then enabled during the Q&A (Question and Answer) section. We also invite questions through the Q&A function within the app, if you would rather engage without turning on audio/video.

This meeting will be recorded and uploaded to the website following the meeting.

You can also raise a question prior to the meeting by emailing SBU.BoardServices@wales.nhs.uk before Friday 5th September. This is helpful in making sure we can answer your question in full at the meeting.

Due to the size of the room, if you would like to join us in person, please can you confirm your attendance by emailing SBU.BoardServices@wales.nhs.uk.

The programme for the session is as follows:

  • Welcome & Introductions
  • Presentation – overview of 2024-25
  • Looking forward to 2024-25 – Organisational Strategy
  • Question and answer session
  • Concluding remarks

The meeting will end by 5pm.

Rydym yn croesawu gohebiaeth a galwadau ffôn yn y Gymraeg neu'r Saesneg. Atebir gohebiaeth Gymraeg yn y Gymraeg, ac ni fydd hyn yn arwain at oedi. Mae’r dudalen hon ar gael yn Gymraeg drwy bwyso’r botwm ar y dde ar frig y dudalen.

We welcome correspondence and telephone calls in Welsh or English. Welsh language correspondence will be replied to in Welsh, and this will not lead to a delay. This page is available in Welsh by clicking ‘Cymraeg’ at the top right of this page.
