The Cwmtawe Social and Wellbeing Group

The Cwmtawe Social and Wellbeing Group meets monthly in the Forge Fach café in Clydach.

It’s a place for young people who may be feeling socially isolated, for whatever reason that may be, whether it is down to mental health or long term health issues.

The Forget Me Not Club

The Forget Me Not Club meets on Tuesday afternoons in Llangyfelach Church Hall in Swansea, from 2pm to 4.30pm.

It’s a place for people living with dementia and their carers to interact with each other and socialise.

The Old Blacksmiths Men's Shed, Clydach

Situated between the Mond corner and the canal lock in Clydach, the group meets every Wednesday and Friday morning.  Despite the name, it is open to men and women, offering a warm, friendly meeting place for a cup of tea and chat.

The Rally

The Rally is a support group for men in Swansea Bay area who are concerned with their mental health.

They meet in Birchgrove Community Centre, Swansea, on Monday evenings from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.
