Whether you need safe sex advice, contraception information or a test for a sexually transmitted infection (STi) our team of specialist staff are on hand to deal with your query in confidence. This means we won’t routinely discuss you with anyone else, including the GP or other hospital services. Unless we feel there is a risk of harm to you or someone else, everything we discuss and do is in the strictest of confidence, even if you are under 16 you have the same rights.
There may be times we need to speak with you about treatment so please let us know how best to contact you. A mobile number is fine but please make sure staff are aware of any changes to your phone number or address.
Sometimes we may change the clinic opening times and services available on a particular day. Ring us first to check, just in case. And we do shut the clinic if a lot of patients are still waiting to be seen when we are due to close.

There are a team of RADS Advisors and Youth Practitioners responding to any calls from local young people and supporting or signposting them as necessary.
