The Independent Review’s Oversight Panel has developed and refined its Terms of Reference, with direct input from families, staff and other experts in the field.
The Terms of Reference were initially published on 12 June 2024. The Review Terms of Reference have been revised and republished 15th August 2024 and revised again slightly on 5th September 2024. It was revised slightly again on 20th January 2025.
