A survey to help understand health issues that affect young people aged 11 to 25.

Public Health Wales wants your help in understanding health issues that affect young people aged 11 to 25.

This information will be used to support the development of information and resources about health issues for young people.

The survey is being administered by BMG Research, an independent market research agency, and will take around 15 minutes to complete.
