Virtual outpatient appointments
We turned to alternative ways of providing appointments during the Covid pandemic, such as video consultations.
These proved so successful we are continuing to use them, along with telephone appointments, where clinicians feel it is appropriate.
We'll only offer face-to-face appointments when absolutely necessary.
Video appointments - Attend Anywhere
We use the secure Attend Anywhere system for video consultations with a clinician. All you need is an internet-enabled device with a camera.
