With the cost of living so high at the moment, we all need to know where to get the best help and advice. Keep an eye on this page as we'll be updating it regularly with additional signposting links.
General
Welsh Government has a new webpage which has details of a range of different support schemes available, housing and living costs advice, and also to how to get help if you fall behind with your bills. Follow this link to the 'Get help with the cost of living' page on the Welsh Government website.
Public Health Wales has a new webpage on staying well during the Cost of Living crisis. It contains information on financial support, mental health and wellbeing, protecting your health, eating well, and staying well. Carers Wales' website has information around benefits and payments you may be entitled to as a carer. It also offers free online support sessions on winter wellbeing, disabled facilities grants etc. Follow this link to the Carers Wales website.

BBC have a webpage dedicated to budget meals. From £1 a day vegetarian meals to cooking without using the oven and budget slow cooker recipes, you'll find some tasty dishes without breaking the bank. Follow this link to the 'Budget recipes and advice' section of the BBC Food website.
Co-op - Are you welcoming people into a warm space in your community, or wanting to extend existing activities or services to support more people? Eligible community groups could get up to £3,000 to continue or extend vital services. For more information about the Co-op Warm Spaces Boost, follow this link.
National Databank - The aim is to work with community partners to provide free access to the internet to those who are unable to get online. Virgin Media, O2, Vodafone and Three have donated 47m gigabytes of data. Aim is to support over 500,000 people. Local support
Switched On, based in Swansea, offers independent, unbiased, free support and information to all on how to improve their energy efficiency, switch energy providers and provide access to fuel payment support for those on welfare rights. Each warm space offers a range of services, including Wi-Fi access, toilet facilities and refreshments.
